Corby - Plot 1-4

J&D Pierce (Contracts) have completed the fourth and final warehouse facility on the Midland Logistic Park site in Corby.  All four of the plots were design and build projects.  Our Design and Build Scarborough Division worked closely with the main contractor to achieve the design requirements of the end user.  

The total footprint covered is in excess of 2,800,000 Sq.Ft this is made up of the following:

• Plot 1 (846,000 Sq.Ft)
• Plot 2 (945,000 Sq.Ft), 
• Plot 3 (825,000 Sq.Ft)
• Plot 4 (240,000 Sq.Ft)

This is the equivalent of 60 basketball courts!!
