J & D Pierce (Contracts) Ltd were contracted to design, fabricate and erect the structural steelwork for the New TK Maxx Distribution Hub at Trinity Farm, Knottingley – West Yorkshire. This consisted of a 5 multi span portal frame building: 158m wide x 340m long x 20m high, complete with internal office facility and battery. The project was completed within a 12 week time frame and weighed in excess of 2500 tonnes.
